For the price we paid, our stay was okay, but the biggest issue was the air conditioning. We arrived to an extremely hot condo, and the heat inside was unbearable. We contacted the owners early the next morning, hoping the problem would be addressed quickly, but the response time was very poor. No one came out to look at the unit until almost 6:00 PM, which meant we spent nearly an entire day in an uncomfortably hot condo. Even after the repair, the condo didn't fully cool down until the following day. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication from the host. They never reached out afterward to check if the issue had been resolved or to see if we were comfortable. While the property itself was fine, the poor customer service and slow response to a major issue made the experience frustrating.
