overall this place was quite nice, i’d definitely book again but through the actual website. it sucked that the indoor pool was closed for my time being there but they had 2 other pools outside and a hot tub!!! the resort leads right to the beach which was also really nice. the condo i stayed in wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t the worst! the toilet water was constantly running, the window to the bedroom was really hard to open and close, it wasn’t the cleanest, there was trash here and there but nothing hard to clean up! i think my biggest complaint is the parking deck for this resort, it’s so small, you’d have to wait for cars to pass, you didn’t really have much room and they had a bunch of spots on the second level closed, i assume they have their reasoning so that’s okay!! i’d probably give this place a 8/10

The property was decently cleaned. The outdoor pools were great and so were the activities outside in the pool area. The sliding glass door for my balcony couldnt lock. I contacted the rental company and they neverr sent anyone.

The property itself was fine. As far as the management company, the previous guests trash was left in the halls it was a huge pile and it stayed there half of our stay after reaching out and letting them know. We did not have a shower curtain in the main bedroom and the pillows were left on the floor in the closet . Why would one , want to put their head on something stored in the closet? Also, another huge thing around 8am (check out is 10)… someone came inside of our room using the code and then closed the door and began knocking. We were sleeping so this woke us up obviously. I open the door scared and it’s someone there to deliver beach items and furniture for the next booking ?! Very unsafe I let them in but I shouldn’t have because why interrupt our stay and provide someone a code to our condo while we are sleeping. Getting in touch with Elliot rentals seemed easy but honestly it was a run around , text this number , but call this number , search this on the portal a mess.
