The building itself was fine. We really appreciated that it was right on the beach and had several pools. The unit, however, had several issues. The most significant were that it smelled awful and the bedspreads were not clean. The rental management company did provide replacement bedspread which we appreciated; the odor was not mitigated during our stay. Other issues were that the refrigerator did not ever get cold despite being on the coldest setting and there was rust and peeling paint in several places in the unit. If the unit had not smelled and if all of the linens were clean we could have overlooked the rest. All of it together, though, was too much to overlook.
