Beppu is a magical place and this onsen hotel is well located and beautiful!

Great location! Beautiful room and onsen in the room! Comfortable beds.

Nobody was there fir check in to leave bags when we arrived and since our room was not in the main building we could not use the rooftop foot baths or free beer. Not such a big deal though. Still had a great time!!

Fantastic place to stay

Outstanding! 1 night not long enough. Loved the baths both inside and out. Great bed!

A restful and pleasant stay in Kannawa

The king-sized bed in our room was very comfortable. The personal mini onsen outdoors was a great highlight! We also really liked the location, with local buses coming and leaving right next to it, easy transportation to and from city centre. The staff were very helpful. The top floor free foot baths had a great view over town. Overall we really liked this accommodation and we would come again with pleasure.

In our room the bathroom doors were squeaky and the AC was a bit broken, refused to shut down and kept clacking, so needed some tweaking. The absence of breakfast service is somewhat of a minus, but we fixed it with a local cafe and a Lawson :)
