Upon entering the property, we were immediately hit by a strong, pungent odor, likely caused by dampness and mold. The air coming out of the AC units had a distinct, musty, mold-like smell that was very difficult to breathe; even trying to cover it up with perfume didn't help. The bedroom AC unit blew out that same musty, moldy air, making it very difficult to sleep through the night. Furthermore, most of accession sofas and chairs were covered in visible stains. On a positive note, having a washing and drying machine was a great bonus, and the kitchen and bathroom were acceptable.
