This top floor condo with a loft, has a HUGE private balcony right on the water where you can nestle into a hammock and immerse yourself in the panoramic views of the main channel. Located on the highly desirable Horseshoe Bend—close to restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more! The family friendly complex on the 3MM also has a pool with views of the water! Boat+PWC slip included!
