The entire Onsen resort was modern and clean yet traditional looking. The room was spacious, comfortable, and modern looking like a business hotel, though there is no shower, and bathing has to be done at the onsen pool areas. There are 3 pools to choose from with 2 rotating daily based on gender. The pools were relaxing. There is coffee in the afternoon. Breakfast served in the dining hall was very enjoyable.
There is no luggage storage on checkout. This area of Kaminoyama lacks many restaurants and shops at night.
