The location was perfect; right next to the sea, within walking distance of Polignano a Mare and a beautiful short stroll along the coastline to San Vito. The villa was a good size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and surrounding gardens were beautiful. The hosts were fantastic. A great holiday and one I could easily repeat!

The garden, the pool but overall the welcoming of Lisa. She has been such an helpful and kind host, dealing with restaurants, taxi, offering us figs, wine. She was our best experience. The swimming pool, the all outdoor amenities are of a very good level, sea is next door, not best with a not swimming kid however the sound, the view is great to have. The apartment is confortable, great to have mosquitos plugs. Nothing has been forgotten

Jediné pozitivum je vzdálenost k moři a možnost využít bazén, ve kterém ale není to správné soukromí.
Při příjezdu nás nikdo nečekal, žádný označený zvonek při vjezdu do uzavřeného areálu, kde ubytovaní sousedí s dalšími nemovitostmi. Po zavolání na kontakt nebylo možné domluvit se jinak než italsky, požádali jsme tedy kolemjdoucího, zda by nám nepomohl. Parkování je extrémně nepohodlné, velmi úzký vjezd, navíc naprosto nepoužitelný pro nízká auta, následně je potřeba se po vjezdu na parkoviště otočit, což ne vždy bylo možné díky stojícím autům majitelů. Bazén je přímo u obývací místnosti majitelů nemovitosti - není to příjemné, pokud chcete mít soukromí a zároveň ho nenarušovat někomu dalšímu. Obrázky jsou zavádějící, vůbec by zde neměly být uvedené fotografie nemovitosti, kterou obývají majitelé pozemku, v té bydlet nebudete - budete bydlet v rohu pozemku v malých prostorech, které jsou, bohužel, plné hmyzu a po několika dnech užívání je uvnitř cítit i odpad. Pobyt jsme ve výsledku zkrátili díky skutečně extrémnímu nepohodlí. Cena naprosto neodpovídá kvalitě.
