The facilities were absolutely exceptional. The room was large, modern and comfortable - beautiful big bed.
The pool area is amazing - with magnificent views across the stadium to the mountains beyond. Likewise the onsen was a lovely way to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
Staff were helpful and polite and had handy little translation machines.
Breakfast was just fine.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in many!).
Everything was pretty close to perfect. Perhaps a little away from the city centre for some but it didn’t concern us. A tram stop not too far away to go to the Atomic Bomb museum and Peace Park or to Chinatown in the other direction. Easy walk to the Ropeway station.

眺めがよくて、部屋も廊下もどこも綺麗で
快適でした。
朝食は、思っていた以上に豪華で美味しかったです。
フードコートやスーパー、お土産屋さんなど、敷地内にあって、また、ホテル内も、プールやジム、お風呂、レーザーショーなど、時間が足りなかったです。
また来たいと家族で話してました。
浴室の換気がもう少し強かったら、、と感じました。
大浴場のロッカーの扱い方が
高齢者には少し難しいと思いました。
母が困惑していました。

お部屋がスタイリッシュで居心地が良い。バルコニーからの眺めが良い。
夜窓のカーテンを開け放しにして
美しぃ月が見れて幻想的だった。
7階のレストランもスタイリッシュで良かった。

Would be cool staying at hotel during a football match and hotel was modern. Onsen pool was excellent.
Our room had a funny odour and the beds were rock solid in one room but fine in another. Swimming pool overun with children. Would be better if zoned times for adult swim and kids swim.
