Loved the authentic decor and feel. The restaurant was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Check in. Only one staff at desk and she was on an extended phone call. Also, the TV remote was awful.

It’s close to a lot of the shops
It very simplistic, the rooms didn’t have any king beds available and it was just a very plain room

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of shopping, restaurants. The fish and chips were amazing!

It was easy to walk out into the downtown area, and you had parking, which was a big plus. The people on staff in the hotel and restaurant were very nice, and helpful.
The room was dated and not super comfortable, although the beds were fine. There was no common area outside the room to read or relax, and since the chairs in the room weren't comfortable, I couldn't find a place to do that. The food in the restaurant was good, but expensive.
