Easy to get to and from. Clean and comfortable

Before arriving the host reached out about an issue they were resolving. I truly appreciated the communication. The house was very clean and inviting. The neighborhood was safe and quiet besides the traffic on a fairly busy street that runs next to it. It was close to HEB and other stores and restaurants as well. It was approximately 9 minutes from JBSA Lackland base with moderate traffic. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
If I could improve on anything, it would be the back yard. It had dead grass and one sad little tree. There was a table with 4 chairs, but other than that no entertainment. Maybe improve the aesthetics and functionality and it would be a great entertaining area. I still enjoyed sitting outside in the evening.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The property was exceptionally clean and located in a fantastic, convenient neighborhood. If you are planning a family trip to SeaWorld or Aquatica, this is the absolute perfect base, it took us less than 10 minutes to get to the parks, which was an absolute lifesaver with the kids.
Beyond the parks, the location is incredibly convenient for everyday needs. There are plenty of great fast-food options nearby and it's close to major stores, making it easy to grab whatever we needed. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Texas! Highly recommend!
Honestly, there wasn't a single thing we disliked about our stay.

Location for AF graduation was excellent. Really close to HEB (grocery store) and several excellent restaurants. They left the garage door opener, making carrying in luggage and groceries super easy. Cleanest rental I have ever stayed in and I’ve traveled a lot. The three bedrooms were good sized rooms.
Could use some updated furniture, like a larger dining room table and more living room furniture for seating.
