There was no breakfast as this is an apartment, but we made our own breakfast each morning in the nicely equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator and freezer. Upon arrival, we parked in the very simply clearly marked parking spot, got unloaded and ready to go to the beach. When I booked his stay, I knew it was next to the Jolly Roger amusement park, and I assumed it was the 1 park near the main beach and boardwalk... It is not, there are 2 Jolly Roger amusement parks, this one is an hour+ walk to the main beach area. The tram is down due to a tragic accident, so that leaves either the bus or drive your car to collect a bunch of beach sand. Overall the experience was excellent, the interior of the apartment is nicely updated, sure there are some shortfalls but nothing to infringe on having a great time at the property. Not sure we would book this property again due to the location, but highly recommended for a super comfortable and quiet stay.
All was great with the property, beautiful views right on the water, excellent neighbors, plenty of space on the two levels, everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner if desired. ***The travel to the main beach was the only issue we had.

The king sized room was very nice. We also liked the pool. We also liked the balcony overlooking water.
The floors were very dirty and the second room with the queen bed was small and uncomfortable. We were also told we needed parking passes which were not provided. Staff said they would look into it but never got back to us. A friendly neighbor told us that they weren’t needed, but that needs to be clarified from the property owners for future guests. Farther from the beach than we thought it would be and Wi-Fi was poor.
