Relaxing place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Lovely villa which suited our family very nicely. Well appointed and very helpful friendly staff.

The villa is quite a way from shops etc and the roads nearby are atrocious.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Piano Piano, the team were very good attending to all our needs and requests.

Beautiful villa, very trendy and spacious. The pool was a nice size and doesn’t get too much sunshine so was very comfortable for swimming. Breakfast cooked each morning was a great addition to the stay and the rooms all had Netflix which was great for my kids.

The road in and out of the street was very bumpy and congested. It made travel a bit of a hassle. Although grab drivers and taxis were always available, it just meant we had some extra time spent in a car. Everything else at the villa was wonderful although if I’m being picky it would be nice to include a few healthier breakfast options like granola/ yoghurt. Or even just avocado on toast as I didn’t feel like the rice/ noodles or pancakes every day.

The areas was a short grab ride to lots of cafes and shopping or a short walk, Bali style to one of the villas close by

A more modern apartment rather than traditional style, great for families or friends. The pool area is lovely and I swam everyday. The bedrooms set out was great, one by itself close to the pool area and two upstairs. We didn’t hear each other when in our rooms. I had the upstairs left room and loved it, it had a really nice feel. Lia the Host was amazing ♥️ She stayed in contact with us, even checking on us when we lost power for a short time. And sent a beautiful msg on checkout. We had amazing and delicious breakfast made for us each morning also. We loved our time here and are very appreciative for that.

The only improvement would be a sound system that you could perhaps hook up to your phone to play your Spotify throughout the house without having to do so through the tv so you don’t have to listen to the advertisements.

Ontzettend aardig personeel, we kwamen eerder aan en konden al heerlijk gebruik maken van de villa

Het was helaas echt niet schoon! Gemeld en daar is wel direct wat aan gedaan. Ligt aan de weg die zwaan het renoveren zijn, niet te doen om er te komen.

La maison est décevante et l’entretien laisse clairement à désirer. L’environment est cependant calme et les accès depuis les routes avoisinantes sont catastrophiques : très encombrés et dangereux. La maison est entretenu par une société de service, très loin des services proposés dans les autres villas (qualité et disponibilité). Il s’agissait de notre 3eme voyage à Bali.
