Everyone in my family woke up on the first morning of our stay and the first thing they said was how much they loved the comfortable beds. The game room was awesome and had plenty of games to keep 5 kids entertained. The hot tub was a nice size and great location for viewing the mountains. We didn't use the fire pit, but it was a nice area for it. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the basic essentials. The property is dog friendly so it already had dog bowls and we loved being able to bring our 2 fur babies (they enjoyed the property too). The email with instructions we received a couple days before check-in, was detailed and easy to understand. My family would definitely stay at this location again! Thank you HomeTeam for a wonderful experience!
The only 2 things I could say for things we didn't like isn't really negatives, more of very minor inconveniences. First, the property location is about 20-30 minutes from a store to get groceries, but the point of our stay was to be away from things, so no big deal. Second, when we first arrived we weren't able to get the TV in the master bedroom to link to the wifi, but we didn't even try to reach out for help to fix it because we realized we didn't want to lay in bed to watch it anyway. We won't even put a TV in our bedroom at home. I know from the email communication from the owners that if we had reached out about it, there would have been no issue with getting it working. Like I said, there is nothing really negative to say about this property, the owners, or our stay.
