We had laundry to do, so in our first room we had a bad leak with the washing machine. The staff immediately called Nico, who corrected the situation quickly. Comfortable room.
Would have liked blackening out curtains to control the light levels for sleeping better.

Flow Miami is excellent!! I was not expecting it to be so nice and a BIG space especially for a solo traveler. Check-in was pretty smooth with Oscar at the front desk being GREAT. He was attentive, offered recommendations on dining, offered to store my luggage while awaiting the room to be ready. I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the amenities, but I plan to return as this place really rocks.
