L'appartement lui même est super, même si l'extérieur de l'immeuble est moyen. Il est très bien décoré, très confortable et très propre La situation géographique est parfaite, à 5 mn du bord de mer et du centre.
Je n'ai pas mis 10 car l'appartement est en Rez-de-Chaussé et la fenêtre donne sur la rampe d'accès du parking, on est donc contraint de vivre fenêtre et store fermés, donc c'est assez sombre. Personnellement ça ne nous a pas dérangé et c'est calme la nuit. Le parking indiqué ferme la nuit, on ne peut donc pas y laisser sa voiture, mais le stationnement était facile au mois de Septembre, peut être différent en été.

The owner was helpful and very communicative on whatsapp. When we had a small issue on the electricity he answered immediately. He also helped us regarding where to park.
