Check-in und Check-out haben ganz unkompliziert funktioniert. Man hat vorab detaillierte Infos erhalten und somit alles, was man brauchte. Das Zimmer was ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem und insgesamt war es sehr ruhig in der Unterkunft. Der Service war telefonisch immer erreichbar, super freundlich und hat zuverlässig und schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und sich mit einer Kleinigkeit für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt.
Es war nicht blitzblank sauber. An den Wänden waren Flecken, die Duschwand war verkalkt und teilweise schmutzig. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Keller, das leider nach altem Zigarettenqualm roch (trotz Nichtraucherzimmer). Darauf hat das Personal am nächsten Tag mit einem Luftreiniger reagiert, was es deutlich erträglicher machte. Im Bad roch es leider feucht und muffig. Anfangs lief im Waschbecken im Bad das Wasser nicht ab, auch das wurde am nächsten Tag sofort repariert.

Very easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable room, nice shower, well-equipped. Like the pictures. It was slightly difficult to find, as it is past a car entrance, but other than that, it was a very good stay.
Bedding could be a bit better although the bed is quite comfortable. Curtains do not fully block the light. Make sure to bring a sleeping mask if sunlight wakes you up.

Buon soggiorno a Colonia. Camera abbastanza ampia per 2 persone. Pulita. Bagno spazioso , pulito
Posizione molto comoda per università e vicinissimo ai servizi, fermata tram , che portano in centro, duomo ecc..
Non abbiamo fatto colazione quindi non possiamo giudicare
