The location is excellent the apt is big and spacious and close to everything its a 20 minute walk to the Duomo church. Its all done by phone so no keys to carry around which is convenient. They are very quick to respond are courteous and professional i would stay here again, just wished they had ac units in the apartment that really keeps it cool for those hot italian summers.
The bathroom and bedroom doors are glass there is no ac, they did have units in the back bedroom and living room. It keeps the rooms not cold but sort of comfortable when its very hot outside they make no difference.

Propreté et surtout l’appartement est super bien situé
La Clim de la chambre du fond ne marchait pas et la fenêtre de la même chambre ne s’ouvrait pas
Pas de pommeau de douche bien dommage
