Mediocre and disappointing.

The location was good and central. It was nice having a pool and jacuzzi.

Description said there was a sauna, but there wasn’t. The towel dispenser at the pool had trouble reading our room key. There were bugs in the bathroom and caulking was missing in key areas. Our shower faucet even came off mid shower. The toilet also overflowed and there wasn’t a plunger — we had to call maintenance to unclog it and they left all the dirty towels from the overflow. We booked a deluxe, but were given a regular 2Bdr and they’ve yet to do anything about it.
