Great location but a very old building with subpar facilities and no air conditioning.

I could have sworn that the website advertised air conditioning as that is what I was expecting but it is possible that I misinterpreted the profile.

Fixtures were very old and in need of repair. No air conditioning. No microwave. Elevator was extremely small and could not accommodate a single person in a manual wheelchair.
