For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. My only criticism would be that the description does not mention that it’s a second floor unit over an apartment below. Wi-Fi worked fine, we were able to manipulate the flatscreen TV in the living room to watch Netflix and prime, but the TV was not hooked up to cable, but I do admit the description of the property did not suggest it was.The unit is cooled by window units in the back bedrooms.

Accommodation was clean and spacious. But one of the Bedroom's AC wasn't working properly.
