Honestly speaking the location is great, I need to start with this because Tokyo is enormous and is very well appreciated how connected it is, the bed was very comfortable and everyday we were provided with clean towels, you get a self check-in and check-out but the owner is constantly communicating with you and answering your questions promptly, the room is provided with a private bathroom, desk, a mini fridge, hangers and a commuted laundry area.
I would only said the bathroom, the shower tub doesn’t have a curtain to keep the water away from the rest of the area, even though it has great water pressure and everything works perfectly, size is expected, but it was hard to keep the humidity away from the floor and the mirror.

It was clean and convenient check-in and check-out. Accessible to sumiyoshi station and Kinshiko station by walk.
The wash room was really small, the shower didn’t have a shower certain. It was a 10 min walk from Sumiyoshi station.

Easy to reach.
Room was fine.
Didn't like the bathroom much, but at least it was inside the room.

Location has good public transportation approach both Metro / bus facility, easy reachable, room checking facility was absolutely fair (hassel free).
There is no kitchen facility.

"The perfect room and bathroom for solo or couple looking for a base. Enough room to work if your looking for a table and chair. Not massive but nice for a few days in Japan and very reasonable on pric..."
