住宿地點離各景區都很近，附近餐館很多，提供停車位，還有大的客餐廳，有電梯，有冷氣在客餐廳。各方面都很好。
樓下轉角有個流浪漢的住所，但不影響進出。

Location!! 10/10 for accessing brilliant restaurants, caneles, pastel de natas, coffee etc in 2-12 min walking depending on where you were going. And I do mean 2 mins. Check out the French b*stards for coffee and pastries, and Cassonde for caneles. Literally 2 mins away

You will not find anywhere this close to the Main Street that is not loud at night. It is a city and you are staying really close to where everything is. However, in terms of people I found the street to be quiet at night. Most of the noise was traffic. This didn’t bother us at all. It’s part and parcel of staying close to the centre.
We were able to walk everywhere. PS. The best pastel de nata of your life is 8 mins away at Manteigaria (you’re welcome).
Difficult instructions to actually get into the apartment (added tips below to help)
Shower head needs fixed (the mechanism holding it higher up the bar doesn’t work so we had to unattach the shower head and hold it manually)
How to get into the apartment
You have to go around to the back of the building to access the lockbox. Host communicates this well with pictures of the street name behind the building and photos of where the lockbox is. It is about 300yrds / 2 min walk from where your taxi drops you off at the front of the building.
After you get the keys - you can enter the apartment two ways.
1. through the garage. Walk straight to the back of the garage. There is a grey door with a push bar handle (looks like a fire exit a little bit). Through here you can go up the stairs or use the lift.
2. Go back to the front of the apartment. Use the fob to enter the building. Use lift or stairs. You have to use a key to use lift/stairs. This is a security measure and you don’t need to do this on the way down. Only up.
We really struggled to get into the apartment. We got the keys fine but couldn’t figure out how to access the apartment. Host did communicate via text and answered the phone. But translate on the text was difficult to understand and I struggled to understand the host on the phone. There was a pizza delivery guy who very kindly spoke in French on the phone with the host to try and figure out where we were supposed to go. It took him around 5 mins for him to understand and even then he wasn’t sure. Host answered messages promptly throughout the stay. And while we didn’t understand her when we were trying to access the apartment I do think she was trying her best to explain how to get in.

L appartement a vieilli, et ne corresponds pas vraiment aux les photos. Chaussés de bar très usée, canapé pas confortable. Des fenêtres qui ne ferment pas avec des poignées mais des loquets. La poignée des wc qui est cassée, vous risquez de rester enfermée. Salle de bain fatiguee
