It was very uncomfortable due to the host/ property manager. She’s not professional at all, and her rudeness is unca

The property was very clean and spacious. The kitchen space and appliances accommodated everything we needed to cook and clean with.

The property manager Lynatte was very rude from beginning to the end and unprofessional, she didn’t have a door code for us to enter upon return, so we had to wait for about 45 to enter the property due to her negligence, as soon as we called she asked for a 250 deposit through Zelle or Cashapp, which I thought was odd, we sent it anyway. Once we entered the home we started receiving text about noise, but quite time isn’t until 10pm, I have texts that started before 9:00pm. Moving forward I received texts about noise the entire time, even at 4:00 am when no one was talking at all. We had 1 Television throughout the entire home, no ceiling fans in any of the rooms, no extra towels or linens anywhere. Prior to checkout 2birds got inside the home , we were taking our things out and received a phone call at 11:07 that the clean up crew was outside, most facilities give you an extra few minutes to be sure you have everything seeing that we were leaving it shouldn’t have been that big of a deal. We reported that birds had flow in the home and that we were scared to fight with them. When I called for my deposit, she charged us for the birds that we had no control over, smoke that had came from outside of the home, through the garage into the home, no one even smoked inside of the home ever, we grilled outside by the back door, and the grill smell travels. But definitely didn’t have the home smelling like smoke at all. We had the worse experience here at this property and I’ve been renting, cabins, homes, air bnb, VRBO, hotels etc for years. The property manager is very inexperienced and needs to find another job or get the proper training for this type of situation. I’m upset and my family and I don’t recommend anyone to stay here if you don’t want to be on pins and needle the entire time. Everyone isn’t ghetto and ratchet, we do take care of our vacation homes as if it were our own.

I enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely stay again when I come back to Charlotte.

The staff made sure we was comfortable and it was spacious.
