The home was spacious and in a convenient location, especially for families visiting the Disney/Kissimmee area. We appreciated having the extra space for a longer stay, and overall the property had a lot of potential to be a comfortable vacation home
The biggest issue for us was the attention to detail when it came to cleaning and maintenance. I experienced allergies during our stay and noticed pet hair on the curtains as well as a pet toy left underneath the dresser, which made me question how thoroughly some areas are being cleaned between guests. There were also a few maintenance/details that could use attention, including TVs/remotes not functioning properly and small things around the home that appeared overlooked. The kitchen was also missing some basic cooking essentials, such as a spatula and bakeware, which we ended up purchasing ourselves during our 12-night stay. A more thorough walkthrough between turnovers would make a big difference

It was ok!
The listing said the 2 upstairs bedrooms would have a double bed and a twin bed. We got there and only twin beds. The beds were to small and old. There was no one at the property to help and booking.com would not help. I had to go buy air mattresses to sleep on. The sofa was from the 60’s. An ugly green that was old and very uncomfortable. Not enough towels and wash clothes in the house either. Made a miserable start to our supposed to be magical Disney trip.
