It was very clean and close to all sorts of shopping areas, the train station and restaurants along with convenience stores on every corner.
The only thing we struggled with was that there is no elevator or any way to transfer the luggages up the stairs. Its all stairs. And that was a struggle getting our luggages up and down the stairs, especially being put on the fifth floor.

The washing/dryer machine, the best part was it was quiet. The cloth washing liquid was provided.
The apartment is located right next to a small supermarket, near the local shops and a strain station.
Despite having a double glazing balcony door and an aircon/heater was turned on, the floor of the room and the bed which positioned next to the balcony remained icy cold.
The kitchen did not have a dish drying rack, paper towel or hand towel.
The frying pan did not come with a lid which made cooking challenging.
It would be nice if the apartment provide some cooking oil/salt & pepper +/- soya sauce.
