Hidden gem, as it's a small boutique hotel, but a lot going for it: huge rooms by Tokyo standard, perfect location with subway station right next to it, quiet (my room was facing a wall, but absolutely not an issue, on the contrary there was no road noise and I could even open the window to air the room (a rarity in Tokyo)
The only downside is the cleaning wasn't up to the big hotel standard like APA, Sotetsu, but totally fine. Each room has a different then and layout so the experience might vary. Will definitely book again, if only for the space.

Everything was clean, we were provided with everything we needed, the room was quiet and comfy. The staff were sweet and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Hotel in conveniently located next to Jimbocho station. Location has many great restaurants nearby as well as great book stores. Area has a good focus on cultural arts.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Amazing location close to dozens of bookstores, restaurants, shopping, and transit.
