We had a great stay! The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything and within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, as well as a washer and dryer, which made our stay very convenient.
The bed is large and comfortably fits two people, and the sofa is spacious enough for a third person. The apartment was clean, well-prepared, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
The only downside was the train horn, as the property is close to the railway. Since we’re not used to that kind of noise, it was a bit loud and distracting, especially during the first couple of nights. However, after the first two days, we got used to it and it wasn’t much of an issue for the rest of our stay

If you're looking for a place that's full of character, history, and charm, this is an absolute gem! We had the pleasure of staying in one of the flats, and it was incredible. The owners have done such an amazing job preserving the history of the old White Lily Flour factory while creating a space that is cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. The antique industrial touches and original White Lily factory pieces throughout the flat made it feel like we were stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts you could ask for. Every little detail was thoughtfully done, and you can truly feel the love and passion that went into restoring this historic building. The location is perfect for exploring Knoxville, and after a day out, it was so nice to come back and relax in such a unique space. Not only this, but there are tons of restaurants, bars, music venues, all within walking distance. Qe were also in love wstching the trains pass by every hour! Our stay couldn't have been better, and we already can't wait to come back. If you're visiting Knoxville, do yourself a favor and book a stay here you won't regret it!
The elevator makes a lot of different noises. Functions perfectly fine, so dont be alarmed.

Clean the host was super helpful bed was very comfortable so was the couch
Parking I wish they would have let us know that parking isn’t included not they’re fault but it would have been good to know that we needed to pay for parking

The place was very nice and comfortable. Extremely clean and much nicer than staying at a hotel.
There was NO FREE PARKING as advertised. All parking was overpriced. My parking fees were refunded though.
The floors looked nice and unique but were very creaky, but that was not a real issue.
