The location is strategic, near to the Central Munich train station & underground. Walkable to the old town (15 min walk). There are also a lot of choices to eat especially halal food.
The WiFi is not strong, we keep on losing the network connectivity. AT the end, we had to use our roaming and e-sim.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town and the main shopping streets. The apartment is spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again!
As the apartment is located in the city centre, some street noise can be heard at night, which is to be expected. Light sleepers may want to take this into consideration. Also, the apartment does not have air conditioning, so it can get quite warm during summer nights if the windows are kept closed.

部屋もタオルも清潔で、キッチン用品も揃っていて大満足です。外の通りの物音はありましたが窓の防音がしっかりしており、閉めてしまえば全く気になりませんでした。中央駅からも近く、全て良かったです。
