very minimal approach to providing basic amenities, which can be inconvenient, especially for longer stays.

* Very convenient location while still being quiet. * The refrigerator is a good size and has plenty of space.

The facilities are very basic. Only two rolls of toilet paper and two hangers were provided, with no replacement trash bags or towels, despite two people staying for more than a week. When we asked if more could be provided, we were told to buy these basic supplies ourselves. The sofa bed area also lacks an additional blackout curtain, so there is not enough privacy. Anyone using the kitchen can easily see the person sleeping on the sofa bed. In addition, the sunlight coming through the living room window wakes you up every morning.

A very bad experience

Location was convenient

It was not cleaned from previous stay when we checked in. Took more than a few hours for them to arrange staff to make the room. Whilst it is understandable that things go wrong once in a way, they must have arrangements in place for compensation which they promised and so far haven’t made yet even after our stay was over a month ago. Their response is that they are still reviewing and are busy with many rooms to manage. The place is acceptable but yet if things go wrong you will have to expect delays in them addressing your concerns. R photos of the state of the room when we checked in are attached and these were shared with the staff.

已经推荐给朋友了，下次我还回来，谢谢房东！

无可挑剔！位置绝佳，出门一分钟就到美食街。房子也很干净，床垫很舒服，我在米兰度过了难忘的几天。谢谢
