Close proximity to our event; newness of the environment.
To be a new hotel, we expected the bed to be comfortable, but it was bumpy and felt to sink in the middle of the mattress. Breakfast was not ready at 0700.
The room doors were very loud when closing.
Even the slightest vibrations caused the glass panel in the desk to rattle.
The pool was cloudy/hazy.
