Water levels are typically restored by Memorial Day weekend, at which point it is expected to have between 5 to 6 feet of water depth at the dock

The house is older and the essentials are clean, I was happy with the stay. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The lakeview at the dock is relaxing. Brian was excellent, he answered questions immediately, went through a tour of the house and property and recommended a State Park that was amazing.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and great place to stay with our dog.Host was quick to respond to questions and very informative.Even had bacon, eggs and orange juice in the fridge for us, though we did not partake in the bacon and eggs.

The cottage was clean, however overall maintenance was poor. The deck had screws exposed that could cut feet and the driveway was nearly impassable with anything but a truck. The cottage is not on the water, as you have to walk approx 1/2 block to the water and then take your own inflatables as there is a charge to use the property's.
