The Neighborhood:
Lazy Acres is a quiet neighborhood comprised of short term rentals and year-round residents. The posted speed limit is 15 mph and the noise ordinance is in effect after 10 PM.
Getting Around:
A car is required in order to get around West Yellowstone and surrounding areas. In the winter, a vehicle with AWD is recommended.
Other Things to Note:
In the winter, access to snowmobile trails is accessible at the end of the road via a trailhead. It is critical that all motorized vehicles remain on driveways or roads as the entire neighborhood runs on septic systems that are in the "yards" of the cabins. There is adequate parking space for two vehicles with large trailers whether you are coming to snowmobile or ATV.
In the summer, this is a horseback riding trail. ATV trails can be accessed via a trailhead off the main highway.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is exactly like the photos in the listing. We used the hot tub and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit. We just ran out of time. The location is perfect! Just outside of the town area of West Yellowstone so that you are away from the crowds. Yellowstone is huge! We underestimated how much time we would be spending in the park, but loved every moment!

The home was stock well. Loved that 3 baths accommodated my family of 7. After a long day it was nice to come back to a home cooked meal in the crockpot (which they have two) even enjoyed steak on the grill 2 nights. Organized kitchen you know where everything is at. The hot tub was a daily must for us so enjoyable.
