For a dates motel the price made it a good value.
It referred to free breakfast but the orange juice dispenser and waffle batter dispenser were inoperable. Only items available were cereal, yogurt, muffin, and bread and coffee. Also, the room didn't have a convenient electrical outlet for CPAP. I noticed for sale sign in yard so this may be part of reason yet not a good look for Western franchise.

Very nice staff, comfortable bed, there was a refrigerator and microwave.
There was a slight musty smell.
