Family owned Duplex located in a beautiful, safe, and historic neighborhood. {Chatham-Arch neighborhood}

This duplex was built in 1900 and still has a lot of the original features. WE DO NOT HAVE HAND RAILS GOING UP/DOWN THE STAIRS for those that need extra assistance.

We are located right along Mass Ave and Bottleworks. Very walkable to grocery, coffee, food and more. Murat Theatre is walkable. Gainbridge, Lucas Oil, and convention center is a short Uber ride away. The Childrens Museum and Zoo are both a short drive away. The Monon (long walk/run/bike trail) is just down the street along with a kids park. There is a small splash pad within walking distance or drive for those with kiddos.
Our family loves traveling and has put A LOT of love into this home for others to enjoy while away from their own home. We are happy to help with any planning or recommendations you may need.
This is a private space that has a lot of to offer. The Main floor has a Master bedroom with a queen bed with attached full bath, den with a queen bed, kitchen, pool table, living room and more. There is a basement that has been recently finished and it has a bedroom with a queen bed , full bath, laundry room, and another living room space. ****PARKING- free street parking out front. East side of road is permit parking only, which we have inside for you. West side of the road is available but can fill up quickly on weekends. Street parking can fill up fast on nice evenings and can be limited. We have a small lot you can park ONE car in that requires you to walk around as you have no access to the backyard. This spot is located in the back alley.

This is a lovely home close to downtown Indy. The best part for us was the fenced front yard and the few kids toys (sandbox and chalk) that our young kids could play with in the mornings! The listing photos don't really show how large this property actually is - with high ceilings and ample space, we spread out and no one felt cramped!

Great location with a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We were well rested to continue our trip. Next time we would like to stay longer to enjoy more of the place and attractions in town My family loved it. Charming is a great way to describe it. Parking is very accessible and the host had very helpful instructions. Food and entertainment suggestions are very helpful. This place is highly recommended.
