The cabin features two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with luxurious, fine bed linens that promise a peaceful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms are equipped with top-quality bath linens, ensuring a spa-like experience every time you freshen up.
The cabin’s interior exudes warmth with its cozy decor, creating an inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxation with a charming living area centered around a cozy fireplace, perfect for snuggling up on cool mountain evenings. Step outside to discover an array of outdoor amenities designed to maximize your enjoyment of the stunning natural surroundings. A hot tub awaits for those seeking a soothing soak under the stars, while the nearby grill and outdoor dining area make al fresco meals a delight.
The cabin’s location is a paradise for water enthusiasts, offering easy access to the river just steps away. Whether you’re into fishing, swimming, or tubing, the river provides endless opportunities for fun and relaxation.

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…
A few things to take note of:
Per the North Carolina Real Estate Commission all tenants must sign a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement.
Please understand that by reserving a property with us you are agreeing to send us a good contact email so that we can and add your reservation to our direct software and so that you can login to our guest extranet and electronically sign the Vacation Rental Agreement.
A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!
DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay for any length of stay. More than one dog constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals.
The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off:
*Bed linens and towels
*1 roll of paper towels
*1 roll of toilet paper
*5 Trash Bags
*3 Dish Pods
*Coffee Maker
*1 Hand Soap
*1 Dish Soap
*1 New Sponge
*1 small Laundry Detergent
*1 Full Propane tank for gas grills and one for the gas fire pit (If applicable).
Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.
This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
LONG TERM RENTALS: Please send an inquiry for details.
WEATHER: If you would like to know of the upcoming forecast for the local area please feel free to ask and I’ll be happy to provide you with details.
PLEASE NOTE: Only one pet allowed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The location felt private and secluded. We enjoyed taking walks with our dog and enjoying the views. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorites were the hot tub and the wood burning fireplace!

Location and property could not have been better. Exactly as described - view, amenities, everything in clean and working order. Property management company was a struggle. 16-21 paragraph messages, pressure to download an additional app and repetitive emails, repeatedly asked for additional pet fee outside of VRBO that was already paid through VRBO, tried to communicate via copy and paste templates without filled in info (lot of [insert here] and [———-@———-]). Just a headache I haven’t experienced on VRBO before.

We were very comfortable in this cabin. Kitchen was well stocked Jacuzzi was perfect after a day of hiking. We loved that you could get a 2-4mile hike right out of the cabin on the mountain. Everyone in this community were so friendly. Overall good vibe

There was no cell service or working landline in the cabin. There was a landline phone but it did not work. It is unacceptable for guests to be stranded. I tried the first day and called and text the property manager many times. He said he would get the landline fixed. By Thursday it still was not repaired. I texted him and he replied the landline was not working and only cell service in the cabin. Again, there was no cell service. He did not respond to my text. I would not return without this issue being resolved. If you can't dial 911 what would happen in case of emergency.
Main bathroom sink was clogged when I arrived and only half roll of toilet paper in main bathroom.
Cabin is nice but no way to contact outside world is dangerous.
