Sehr gute Lage, Altstadt ca 15 min fußläufig. Schönes ruhiges Wohnviertel (gegenüber der Strafanstalt !!😉). Renovierter Altbau mit Concierge. Schön renovierte Wohnung, sehr sauber, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, bis auf Küchenhandtücher schien aber alles da zu sein. Kontakt per Telefon mit Vermieterzentrale klappte beim 2. oder 3. Versuch, war zielführend.
Trotz unten angeführter kleiner Mängel jederzeit wieder.
Einangscode hat nicht funktioniert, zum Glück kam einer der Nachbarn gerade heim und hat uns reingelassen, ansonsten wäre es abends um 22.30 witzig gewesen.
Die Mittelstrebe des Lattenrostes ist durchgebogen (hüpfte jemand im Bett oder war dermaßen schwer?) und die eigentlich gute Matratze wird zum Trog, man rollt zur Mitte.
Die Wohnung hat nur 2 kleine Fenster zum (schönen!) Innenhof und ist dunkel, im Sommer macht es nicht viel aus, ansonsten wahrscheinlich schon. Schlafzimmer mit kaum Beleuchtung.
Badezimmertür und Duschtür schleifen den Boden. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht gerade bequem.
Das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, die nicht wirklich stören, aber wenn behoben die Wohnung erheblich aufwerten würden.

La posizione è abbastanza buona, a circa 15 minuti a piedi da 2 stazioni della Metro. L'appartamento è molto bello, arredato in maniera moderna, accogliente, silenzioso e con numerosi elettrodomestici di alta qualità, servito dall'ascensore. Lo spazio vivibile è ampio e comodo, sia nella zona giorno sia in quella notturna. Pulizia ineccepibile. Lo stabile è ben ristrutturato, di pregio, vicino a supermercati e a ristoranti.
Il problema grosso è stato il ritiro delle chiavi e apprendere le funzionalità della casa poiché le informazioni si ottengono tramite un link che è attivo dal giorno precedente l'arrivo. Il punto è che 1) il link non funzionava, 2) ai numeri di telefono che avevo a disposizione non rispondeva nessuno.
Rispondono però in fretta tramite bacheca Booking e mail.
Poi in casa mancano alcune cose:
- c'erano due asciugamani grandi e solo 1 piccolo (eravamo in due e ho pagato per due)
- le abat jour in camera non funzionavano
- in cucina mancavano gli strofinacci/scottex
