Guesthouse Yuzu is a beautiful, traditional house with three bedrooms. The owners are lovely and make you feel very welcome. Everything that you need is provided from shampoo and toothbrushes, to snacks and drinks, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare your own food. My room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The guesthouse is located just two minutes’ walk from the Kumano Hayatama Taisha and there’s a cool cafe just across the road. If I’m ever in Shingu again, this is where I’d want to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

The use of the kitchen and dining room was a great addition. The offering of use of pushbikes was a great even though we didn’t have time to use them, the internal architecture of the old house was fantastic.
While I thought the property was really good and was no fault of the Owner the other Guest that were in the lower room came home very early in the morning and made a lot of noise which in a house made of paper walls was bit annoying.
