This guesthouse was so very thoughtfully presented, with gorgeous cultural displays and items to meet your every need, including snacks, tourist info and toiletries. The owner was so nice, they rang 3 yakiniku restaurants for us to help with booking and checked that we were set for everything we wanted to do the next day. I would say that this is a guesthouse so you do not get the place to yourself and the toilet and bathroom - instead you get a unique experience with a lot of heart! Location was also very helpful, just around the corner from Hayatama Taisha.

The host was friendly and let us check in a little early, been to Japan before? Thats a huge win. The house was lovely with lots of snacks. I left a watch behind and the owner quickly routed to another hotel.

The use of the kitchen and dining room was a great addition. The offering of use of pushbikes was a great even though we didn’t have time to use them, the internal architecture of the old house was fantastic.
While I thought the property was really good and was no fault of the Owner the other Guest that were in the lower room came home very early in the morning and made a lot of noise which in a house made of paper walls was bit annoying.
