**PET POLICY** We welcome dogs with prior host approval. Dogs are the only pets allowed, and a maximum of one dog is permitted per reservation. Please contact the host immediately upon booking and provide your dog's breed and size for approval. Due to the close proximity to other guests, aggressive breeds are not permitted on the property. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside of the room, and owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of all dog waste in the outside trash bins. Please keep dogs off all beds and furniture. Additional cleaning required for pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes on bedding or furnishings may result in an extra cleaning charge. Lovely place. Need couch in downstairs bonus room. Beautiful setting. Great to get in early on Friday. Restaurant recommended was exceptional.

We had a great time at this house, the pictures are exactly what the property looks like in person. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We brought out little doggie and she loved it as well! I will say the one note I have is that all of the surfaces and sitting areas on the decks were covered in cobwebs so I just suggest wiping the areas down with a wet rag before sitting down. Being water front was so nice and so peaceful!The kitchen is also insanely well stocked with the kitchen utensils. I was very pleasantly surprised! We would definitely book again!!

Our stay was so enjoyable! The view was amazing watching boats coming in and out of the inlet. The game room kept the whole family entertained. If you love sitting outside on the water and watching the sunset, this is your spot!
