About this villa rental
Villa Cava Alta is located in Riparbella and stands out for its sea view. The 200 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Villa Cava Alta occupies an independent portion of a larger farmhouse, with mirrored room layouts. The non-rented part is always closed and never occupied during your stay. One of the three bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms, with a shower, are in a separate annex next to the porch, reserved exclusively for you. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. There is also a ping pong table. The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Four parking spaces are available on the property. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. High chair and crib are available on request. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. The living room and kitchen feature underfloor cooling.

Pros: The quiet, peaceful location with complete privacy, the large pool on the lower level with fridge for drinks & shower room, the large kitchen with generous table for relaxed family meals & of course the spectacular views
Cons: We were extremely disappointed on our arrival at the ‘welcome package’. As holiday rental owners ourselves, we could not believe that the hosts hadn’t provided even the most basic of items in the kitchen & bathrooms, items which would have cost €20-30 and which would have allowed us to leave a 5 star review.
Also, we don’t believe that the table tennis table should be included in the advert as it is completely weather damaged & unusable, which was a disappointment.
