The street entry and around the door to the unit was less than desirable, garbage on street. The digital key and not having any person to see or check in with was a little hard when u r not tech savvy. But, once we got inside and into the unit all was good. They also all allowed us to drop off our luggage before we got into the unit. The unit was easy to get to and around to site see, with the tram stopping right at our place. I would recommend it.

The location was definitely a plus — very close to the train, which made getting around convenient. However, the property itself felt a bit outdated and could use some updating. The stairs were also a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, the proximity to transportation was great, but the accommodations didn’t quite meet my expectations.

We had very comfortable sleep. Everything was clean. The bathroom was marbled floored and was very easy to slip and thought it was ver dangerous. No complimentries for the bathroom and basics for the room. We found except for the cleaning staff that everything was remote and not on site. More of a room rental rather than a hotel.

Beds and bathroom were clean but overall the room was not that clean. (Carpet, walls,surfaces, The shower head was broken/ leaking. there is no staff at all, emails and messages prior to arrival got no response. Web site indicated there was an airport shuttle but there isn’t. Digital keys were a bit of a stress because if your phone dies while sight seeing you can’t get back into your hotel. Stairs are a no-go for large or heavy suitcases.
