I stay frequently at Toyoko Inn, but this one is one of the most modern ones. Equipment seems very new, rooms were very clean and room size was big enough with three suitcases.
Free breakfast was really delicious and also well organised!
Staff was very polite and helpful.
There are so many amenities staying at this hotel so you basically just need to bring a set of new clothes.

The hotel is pretty decent and close to Tottori Station as well as local buses to tourism sites and the famous Tottori Sand Dunes. It offers a nice selection for breakfast that can fill you up to last the day. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The attendants are very warm and welcoming to the guests. I had a very nice stay. Thank you.

The hotel has a great location, and the self-service luggage storage is very useful. I would suggest that the breakfast selection could be more varied.
