Location and ease of access to the room. I guess reach out to the customer first not make us go through the process of reaching out via what’s app when we are waiting at the property.

Чудове місцерозташування, велика та простора квартира. Безкоштовний WiFi, телевізор та кондиціонер.
Кухня облаштована повністю, що дозволяє приготувати будь які страви. Два великі балкони з гарним видом на вулиці міста. Дуже комфортне ліжко.

Przejęcie kluczy - 20€ dodatkowa płatność , która mnie zaskoczyła . Brak czajnika . Brudną zapadniętą sofa w salonie .

The apartment is in a very good location if one wants to experience close to genuine local life but in a city center close to all amenities.
The apartment was reasonable clean but did not give the impression of being well taken care of. The bed had only two quite lumpy pillows that saw better days. The kitchen had a few pans and plates but only 1 spoon and no knife, no fork, no kitchen cloth. I would also appreciate slightly better communication from the owners.
