The host was a very good communicator, extremely nice. She contacted us to guide us exactly where we needed to go. The access to the accommodation was made through codes, so there was no need to carry keys with us and risk losing them. The location was great, very close to the old city center
The only thing i did not quite like was the fact that the window was facing the internal stairs of the building, but we could live with that

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good supply of water and bathroom facilities. The a/c functioned well. The owner was most helpful and always available when needed. She went out of her way to find us a place to leave the luggage before going to the airport on our last day.
There was no ventilation in the room. The only window overlooked the landing of the block of apartments. . No window with a view.
