The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. There were all basic amenities. The staff responded quickly and was extremely helpful. The place was quiet. And the best thing was the location-within walking distance to all major attractions and about 15-20 minutes to the train/bus station.Generally, the stay was very pleasant.
The common area was very basic -there was a fridge, kettle and the coffee machine. However, I would add some cutlery and a few cups and plates.
The major issue I had was the lack of hot water during our stay, however the staff allowed us to use a different bathroom so it was OK.

We stayed there 4 nights and the location is perfect. Near the city Center and everything in our room and bathroom was clean.
The doors were very noisy

Lo mejor es la ubicación
Las puertas de los baños, eran sumamente difíciles de cerrar y hacían muchísimo ruido, si ibas al baño en la noche o despertabas al vecino o el vecino te despertaba a ti. Para el desayuno dejaban solo un hervidor de 1.5 lts de agua para todos los huéspedes
