Comfortable, new and modern. There is a big new bathroom. Everything is clean, the bed is enough big and comfortable.
The building is little bit old and little bit hard find the appartment because there are two staircase.

A belváros szívében elhelyezkedő apartman, kényelmes ággyal és jó wifivel szépen felújított állapotban. A tulajdonos kifejezetten segítőkész. A kulcsátvétel gördülékenyen történt, miután megtaláltuk az apartmant.
A Bookingos honlapon az apartmanhoz tartozó parkolási lehetőség fel volt tüntetve, ellenben az apartmanhoz nem tartozik külön parkolóhely. A szállásnak van egy szerződése egy közeli parkolóházzal, mely 15% kedvezményt kínál 5 óránál hosszabb tartózkodás esetén - ugyanakkor minden vendég számára, aki 5 óránál tovább parkol a parkolóházban 10% kedvezmény jár, így a differencia nem érdembeli, és az érkezésünkkor a parkolóház tele is volt, így máshol kellett parkolóhely után néznünk a kifejezetten forgalmas belvárosban.
A szállás épületén belül szűk és meredek lépcsők vezetnek fel az apartmanhoz, ami nagyobb bőröndökkel nehézkessé teheti a feljutást.
Belső udvarra nyíló kilátás volt feltüntetve a Bookingos hirdetésben, de valójában ez egy szellőzőakna volt, így lényegében természetes fény alig jött be, azt a részét, amelyre a két kis ablak nyílt semmiképp sem nevezném udvarnak,

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro..
Appartamento pulitissimo, ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario, arredato con molta cura.
Letto molto comodo.
La cucina è ben rifornita (macchina per ill caffè, microonde, frigo, piatti, posate, ecc)..
C'è un supermercato nelle vicinanze ed un ottimo bar proprio sotto l'appartamento.
Comodo il checkin automatico.
Proprietaria cortese e disponibile.
La stamza è un po' buia, ma dipende anche dai lavori di ammodernamento del palazzo in corso, dei quali siamo comunque stati avvisati preventivamente dalla proprietaria

ottima posizione, monolocale ampio, esposizione silenziosa, angolo cottura completo di frigo e macchina per il caffe, check in h24
pulizia della stanza non adeguata (molta polvere sotto il letto, sotto i cuscini del divano e dentro i mobili), del tutto privo di luce naturale (le finestre affacciano in un cavedio completamente al buio: necessaria luce artificiale tutto il giorno), poche cialde di caffè in dotazione, il condominio è un po' cadente e vi erano lavori in corso comunicati genericamente solo dopo la prenotazione, che avrebbero giustificato una riduzione di prezzo.
