Sehr sauberes und neues Apartment direkt am Meer in einem Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, u.a. mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler. Balkon nach Norden, sodass kein Sonnenschirm notwendig ist. Es gibt aber auch nach Süden einen Balkon im Eingangsbereich. Bad im Unter- und Obergeschoss. Sehr ruhiges Wohnumfeld. Zu Fuß zum schönen Sandstrand 10-15 Min, mit dem Auto 2 Min. Zum Essen muss man fahren. Nach Noto oder Avola 10 min Fahrt. Sehr gutes Internet und bequeme Betten. Schlüsselübergabe durch Verwalter, nur Bargeld möglich.

Struttura completa di tutto, nuova, a due passi da una spiaggetta tranquillissima con gente educata. A due passi da Avola, Noto, Marzamemi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non manca davvero nulla.
