Quick Note regarding Trash Service. We have a member of our team come out and take trash bins out to curb and then return on Service Days. They will enter thru the garage. If you don't want anyone to enter the garage, you are welcome to move bins in/out. Please let us know so we can inform our team. Regular service day (holidays/weather can affect service days) is Friday pick up. Bins need to be placed at the end of the driveway.

The house is relatively new and nicely decorated. However, it is in an area that is under construction and very noisy with some road blockages that were inconvenient. They had some nice amenities in the house such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms which included nice, soft towels. What was missing however, was any extra pillows, blankets or sheets in the bedrooms. Also, the kitchen could have used some things like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic sandwich, quart, and/or gallon bags. There was no dish drainer under the sink for hand washed dishes. For a newer house, the windows were not very sturdy, some of the cabinets didn't close properly and floors squeaked which was unexpected for a house that new. That all being said, the four bedrooms and four baths and two living areas were very comfortable and could host many people easily. The hosts were very responsive and we felt like we got a good deal for the money.

We were attending a college graduation and this house worked out perfectly for two families. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is ideal for a group. The kitchen is nicely appointed.We were unable to use the garage door opener but the host was very responsive and it was no problem.It's a brand new neighborhood with new houses still in progress but that was no problem for us. We'd stay here again.

The house was new and in a development with a lot of houses being built. It wasn’t noisy but a little dusty. The host was very easy to get in touch with and usually responded within the hour. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious and the layout was nice. However the home was not clean when we arrived. Mainly the floors upstairs and the stairs needed vacuuming. The utility room in the basement needed to be swept as it was very dusty. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
