Buona saluzione. Proprietario gentile. Parcheggio piccolo ma comodo. Buona biancheria. Letti comodi.
Purtroppo si erano rotti i condizionatori e la struttura non possedeva zanzariere. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito dei ventilatori. Doterei l’appartamento di un paio di fornelli anti-zanzare in più, anche se non abbiamo avuto molti problemi con le zanzare.

La posizione era ottima nel cuore di Genova vicino al centro storico, il posto auto è stato molto importante, Ferruccio è stato molto gentile e ci ha indicato ristoranti tipici liguri !
L' unico inconveniente l' aria condizionata che si è rotta il giorno del nostro arrivo ma almeno Ferruccio ci ha fornito 2 ventilatori ed il parcheggio gratuito, quindi tutto risolto!

La propreté impeccable et les équipements très complets.Apparemment refait à neuf. La communication avec l'hôte (réactif et très accueillant sur place). Literie déjà prête même pour les canapés lits. Quantité bien suffisante de linge de toilette.
Localisation proche de toutes les commodités, à 10-20 min à pied du centre et 20 min du port.
L'immeuble est ancien et peu avenant et le parking doit être payé en plus à l'hôte, mais cela était pratique.

Bardzo czyste, pachnące i wygodne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji! Wszędzie blisko: do Piazza De' Ferrari, do stacji kolejowej Brignole, skąd można pojechać nad morze - w Quinto dei Mille przy stacji znaleźliśmy plażę - jednocześnie okna nie wychodzą na główną ulicę. Gdy przyjechaliśmy i weszliśmy do klimatyzowanego pomieszczenia, na prawdę doceniliśmy komfort w upale. Łóżka wygodne, w kuchni i łazience wszystko czego potrzeba, od kosmetyków do mycia po środki czystości i podstawowe niezbędniki do przygotowania posiłku. Czteroosobowa rodzina znalazła tu miłe mieszkanie w samym sercu miasta. Gospodarz na prawdę dba o gości, kontakt jest natychmiastowy w miarę potrzeby przy jednoczesnym respektowaniu ich autonomii (self check-in)
Przy upałach trzeba uważać na temperaturę klimatyzatorów (nie obniżać za bardzo) - na szczęście dzięki kontaktowi z właścicielem udało się rozwiązać chwilowy problem spowodowany prawdopodobnie odłączeniem prądu w centrali w mieście (ale naprawy sieci energetycznej nie zależą już od wynajmujących). Mieszkanie na drugim piętrze w historycznej, pięknej kamienicy, więc windy też nienowoczesne, ale są w razie czego.
