Location was good, near lots of restaurants and public transit.
A/C quit working and had to call host. But, he was responsive and helped fix it. Hot water ran out very quickly, so we had to wait a while between showers. Bathroom sink area was tight with no usable mirror. Finally, we were there 3 mornings (2 of us) but only 2 coffee pods. Would be nice to have a pod per person per day.

Good location, walking distance to the whole city center
Extremely noisy, the door does so little for noise isolation that it would be just the same to not have a door at all. Even hushed conversation sounds like it's happening inside the room. If you don't bring earplugs, you won't be sleeping at all.
The water heater is very small. There is not enough hot water for 2 people to take 5-minute showers one after the other.
The room is damp, it smells musty and there is mold. You can't open the window to let air in because there is no net and mosquitoes come in immediately.
The duvet had stains on it and looked pretty nasty.
The room has no natural light, so it's very dark to begin with, and half the bulbs were not working, including the one nearest the shower.
For the quality orfered the price is way too high.
